Investigating - We are currently experiencing an intermittent issue with 1Kosmos authentication services, which may impact users attempting to log in to applications that rely on 1Kosmos for authentication.

Users may occasionally experience login failures, MFA validation issues, or temporary difficulty accessing applications, even when using valid credentials. As the issue is intermittent, users may also be able to log in successfully on a subsequent attempt.

For awareness, the BRC Team is already engaged with the relevant stakeholders and is actively working on the investigation and resolution. We will provide further updates as more information becomes available.
